This is a video referred to us by Kenneth Lu, from New York City.
In this video, we have witnessed the turning on and off of the lights without someone actually flicking the switch. This looks like a possible ghost activity, otherwise known as poltergeist phenomenon.

Hmm.. looks like a fake. How should we know that there's no one flicking the switch?
The switch is on the video guy.. Duh!
The question is, what if there's a double switch to the lights or perhaps there's a power fluctuation?
It could easily be dismissed as an ordinary phenomenon.
It could also be a paranormal phenomenon. Who knows? We were not there when it happened.
