This video was taken from youtube. It appears to be a ghost hunting video conducted on one of the cemeteries of Mexico, that's famous for its ghost stories.
In this video, the what appears to be a ghost hunter meet a girl, whose eyes flashes before the camera. We don't know if it's genuine or a scare tactic prank, but we always keep an open mind. Anyway, you be the judge.

Looks fake
There are a lot of things I can say that proves that this thing is fake.
1. The guys is aware that he would be meeting the ghost, as if he already knew.
2. The flash on the girl's eye looks like a reflection from the lights. I've seen a lot of pictures with ordinary people flashing their eyes on camera.
3. The growl sound sounds edited and merged into the video.
Overall, it is fake!
