This video was captured by a closed-circuit camera at Hampton Court Palace on October, 2003.
According to Vikki Wood, a Hampton Court spokeswoman, "We genuinely don't know who it is or what it is."
Wood said security guards had seen the figure in closed-circuit television footage after checking it to see who kept leaving open one of the palace's fire doors.

Interesting video--especially since the palace was being monitored and that would seemingly preclude misleading intent.
The video appeared on various News media including CNN on 2003.
Even before the haunting, there were already anomalous reports on the castle but I guess this is the big one.
hi. i must say that i have visit the castle of Hampton court Palace this summer, and it was very very bi and beautiful!! but i'm sorry.. i haven't seen any ghost...but i think that it's true.. so i believe in that video.
